With the weekend approaching, you may want to try a new salad to add to your lunch or dinner menu. This is one of the most simplest recipes ever! A great side dish if I must say! Leave any leftovers in your fridge, it will taste great even after a few days. Simple, easy, healthy – how could you not? After all, who doesn’t love kale? 😛
- 2 cups of shredded lacinato (dark-green) kale, ribs removed
- 4 radishes, quartered
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate.
Yup, it’s that easy! Go for it! 😉
